Update on Heating System, Remote Classes, and Christmas Program

Dear Parents,

Warm greetings to you all. We want to take a moment to thank you sincerely for your patience, understanding, and unwavering support as we navigate the challenges with our heating system. Your cooperation during this time of remote learning has been a tremendous blessing, and we are truly grateful for the partnership we share.

We would like to update you regarding the replacement of our boiler. The company handling the installation informed us that a critical part did not arrive on schedule. As a result, the complete installation of the new boiler will not be finalized until Wednesday. By God’s grace, the heating system will be fully operational on Thursday, and we will resume in-person classes at the school.

This situation is beyond our control, but please rest assured that the safety and well-being of our students remain our top priority. We appreciate your continued patience and support as we ensure the best learning environment for your children. I will be at the school this coming Monday in case you need to pick up anything for your child.

Additionally, due to the recent disruptions, we have been unable to rehearse adequately for our Christmas program. Therefore, we have decided to reschedule the event. The Christmas program will now take place on Thursday, December 19, at 5:30 PM, instead of Sunday, December 15. To help students prepare for this special evening, we will have an early dismissal at 12:30 PM on December 19, giving them ample time to get ready and return for the program.

We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause and thank you once again for your understanding and flexibility. Your support means the world to us, and we are confident that, together, we will make this holiday season a joyful and memorable one.

Wishing you and your families a blessed Sabbath and a season filled with peace and hope.

With gratitude,

Damary Lebreault
